| The theme for the Fourth Biennial International Innovations Award Programme - 2004 was "Innovations in Governance". CAPAM received 154 submissions worldwide for the said theme. GSDMA was awarded the GOLD AWARD by the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration & Management (CAPAM) for the initiatives undertaken in governance. |
